    Our experts will teach you the most important knowledge, instruments and tools in a sparkling and inspiring way within one day that you can immediately use in your organization. 'CX in One Day' is suitable for anyone who wants to know how the Cuxtomer Experience (customer focus) actually works. What is it, what is it not, and what can you do with it tomorrow. 'CX in One Day' is relevant for both employees and managers, whether experienced or new to the profession.

    'CX in One Day' is for small groups of max. 12 participants and is given in-house at our beautiful location 'Buitenplaats Rozenlust' in Rotterdam.

    There is a 'CX in One Day' edition every month.

    Dozens of participants have now completed the 'CX in One Day' training to their satisfaction. Also register for one of the next sessions!

    We are offering 'CX in One Day' (open registration, at our location) in 2024 for a reduced rate of €480 (all-in), instead of €650.

    For an in-house 'CX in One Day', we are happy to make a tailor-made proposal that suits the needs of the organization.
