CX Leadership Circle Network
The CX Leadership Circle (CXLC) brings together an exclusive group of experienced CX professionals — leaders committed to delivering outstanding customer experience within their organizations. Since its inception, many of these inspiring CX leaders have participated in our three-day retreats led by Ian Golding and Nils Schmeling, and have since become members of the CX Leadership Circle.
On this page, you will find all former participants. Together, they form a network of seasoned experts, sparring partners, and ambassadors of customer-centric leadership. Several times a year, we meet (digitally) to share experiences and continue learning from one another. This makes the CX Leadership Circle a highly valuable and continuously growing network.
